The small ironworks that Ikuo Agata runs is facing financial difficulties because of the recession. One day he receives an order from the underworld to illegally produce guns. Although he is reluctant to take the job, he does so with his brother Satoshi in order to survive, and they eventually find themselves unable to back out.
